Motorola’s CES 2011-award winning tablet the Xoom is now available for pre-ordering at Best Buy’s website. Best Buy is selling the Motorola Xoom 3G Licorice model for $799.99. Motorola Xoom Android Tablet release date on the retailer will start today. Powered by Google’s tablet-specific Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS, the Xoom sports a larger 10.1-inch multi-touch display equipped with Dual-core 1 GHz Tegra 2 processor.
Best Buy is the first online retailer to accept pre-orders for Motorola Xoom 3G. Pay $799.99 and be one of the first people to experience this Android 3.0-powered tablet!
Unlike the iPad, the Motorola Xoom comes with two cameras, a front-facing that’s 2-megapixel and a 5.0-megapixel camera at the back. Complementing this dual-camera system is a powerful dual-LED flash. The Motorola Xoom is larger than the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab but it is still very lightweight and portable.
