Huawei MediaPad Android OS 3.2 Tablet PC Unveiled at CommunicAsia Singapore
Asian tech company Huawei finally satisfies the speculators in the industry. They officially unveiled their upcoming Android tablet at the CommunicAsia event held in Singapore last June 2011 – the Huawei MediaPad Android Tablet Computer.
Take pleasure in using the new Android OS 3.2 Honeycomb version on the Huawei MediaPad tablet computer.
The Huawei MediaPad has spurned the new fad for Nvidia Tegra 2 chip and has instead opted for Qualcomm’s 1.2GHz Dual-Core SnapDragon CPU. The MediaPad got Android 3.2 “Honeycomb” OS installed but only comes with a 7-inch capacitive display.
Huawei is famous for selling the cheap android phone Huawei Ideos U8150 also known as T-Mobile Comet. They are also the sole manufacture of 3G USB dongles from Smart, Globe and Sun Cellular telecom companies in Asia. Huawei isn’t the regular Chinese copycat manufacturer. They really offer well-researched and quality-controlled products. The Huawei MediaPad continues this tradition and it aims to be a cheaper alternative to Samsung Galaxy Tab and Motorola Xoom.
Huawei MediaPad Android OS 3.2 Tablet PC release date and price are not yet revealed. According to the company, it will be launched within the third quarter of 2011. We’re hoping that Huawei will price the MediaPad below $400.
