Nintendo cited Super Mario Galaxy 2 as the first time a second full-3D Mario platformer title has been made for a single Nintendo system. The video game, Super Mario Galaxy 2, is exclusively for Nintendo Wii gaming console. The specific Super Mario Galaxy 2 release date is not yet certain but it was announced to be officially launched in 2010.
