An email from a reader asked “How do I enable wi-fi in Lenovo G410 laptop/notebook?”. Well, in response to that email follow the simple instructions given below. First you should be using Windows Vista (whatever edition). I suppose the Lenovo G410 laptop/notebook you purchased is installed with Windows Vista. Mine was installed with Windows Vista Ultimate. I installed Ubuntu Linux in my Lenovo G410 laptop as the second operating system and it worked well. The wi-fi in the Linux Ubuntu distro worked properly, too. Of course Linux is very flexible in detecting devices. It’s Linux’s strength.
