Samsung i9100 Galaxy S II US Release Date Delayed for Two Months
Samsung’s Estonian office made an official announcement on April 6 that their much-anticipated Android superphone, the Samsung Galaxy S II release date will be in June. This delay was explained by Samsung as to give way to a more powerful dual-core 1.2 GHz Tegra 2 chips to be installed on the Samsung Galaxy S II Android Phone (code: GT-i9100) instead of the previously announced 1 GHz Tegra 2 processors. This model is one of the new android phones you gotta watch out for this 2011 along with HTC EVO 3D on Sprint and definitely, T-Mobile Sidekick 4G Android Phone.
Fans will be disappointed to learn that Samsung has delayed the commercial launch of their Samsung Galaxy S II Android mobile phone. But don't worry, a more power dual-core Tegra 2 chip comes with it as an upgrade.

The first part of my Samsung Galaxy 5 i5503 Review is in the previous post. Here’s the rest of my hands-on review: Performance-wise, the Samsung Galaxy 5 i5503 android phone is a superb machine. I thought this cheap phone will have a hard time running 3D games but I was surprised it can run Asphalt 5 without any noticeable lag time. The screen is small for serious gaming but hey, this phone’s processor is powerful enough for 3D games!

After much thought, I finally purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5 i5503, a cheap android phone from an online merchant. I decided to buy it only two weeks ago after learning that the Galaxy 5 i5503 is running on Android OS 2.1! I also opted for it over other entry-level Android phones from LG and HTC because the Galaxy 5 i5503 is the only android phone equipped with a capacitive touchscreen in this class! I also had in mind 2 cheap android phones – the Huawei Ideos U8150-B (with Android OS 2.2 Froyo) and the new Yahoo Phone Alcatel OneTouch Net. For the price, these phones are bargain deals.
