PS3 Update 2.76: Playstation 3 Firmware 2.76 Update
The release of PS3 2.76 update in mid-may 2009 created a huge buzz among PS3 users. However, some users of Playstation 3 reported some problems with the new PS3 update (ver 2.76). Sony just made a PS3 update to 2.52. This is a follow-up to Sony’s earlier update to PS3 firmware to 2.42 (PS3 Update 2.42 Ready for Download But Offers No Significant Improvement to the Old PS3 Firmware). This time, PS3 firmware is updated to 2.52 which includes the following improvements:
- The playback quality of some PS3 format software has been improved.
- A text entry issue that occurs when using the on-screen keyboard, USB keyboard or Bluetooth keyboard with some PS3 format software has been addressed.
Majority of Children in the US Play Video Games, Research Shows
I’ve always been keen on video games and video gaming especially among children. However, a recent study in the US stated that majority of children play video games (97% combined for males and females aged 12-17). In the Philippines, this situation is similar.
