In a sad turn of event, Dell Inc. has stopped production of its 0.39 inch thick Adamo XPS notebook. This magnificent creation of high-tech engineering was only launched last November 2009. Dell’s online shop already erased the Adamo XPS and will no longer be available for sale there. In response to customer queries, Dell confirmed that the Adamo XPS will no longer be manufactured and sold by them.

I love the new Macbook Air released by Apple some time ago. It has this very sleek and classy look that every notebook lover would would dream of. The Macbook Air is insanely slim with only 0.76″ height. It’s installed with a fast NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor and a better Solid State Drive (SSD), all needed for demanding applications like 3D video games or MMORPG like World of Warcraft and Modern Warfare 2: Call of Duty 6. However, those who doesn’t love playing games with a small screen, the 13.3-inch diagonal display screen could be a turn off. In my case, I really don’t mind.

Sony Laptop Recall | Sony Recalls 500K VAIO Laptops Due to Overheating

Sony announced another laptop recall. Not again! Sony announced 2 days ago that they are issuing recall orders for some of their trendy VAIO laptops. This third Sony recall will affect more than half-a-million laptops and notebooks worldwide. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (USCPSC) tasked Sony to immediately issue the said recall order after the safety agency received reports of recent-model VAIO laptops getting overheated. This situation offers burn threat to users because some VAIO notebooks bought between January 2010 and April 2010 has suffered burned-out or melted casing and computer parts. The recall order covers all VAIO laptops with the VPCF11 and VPCCW2 model numbers.
