Prices of Cheap China-made iPhone Clone in the Philippines
I was playing with a friend’s “iPhone Clone” in the Philippines this afternoon while playing mahjong (oh, yes I love playing that game). I did not notice that it was a China-made iPhone Clone at first because I was listening to the music files he saved onto its 256MB memory card. I only noticed that it was indeed a new iPhone clone when I looked at the top-right portion of the mobile device which boldly says IPHONE. The print alone is an indication that the phone is fake because of its poor quality (tip: this is one way to spot a fake cellphone model). Also, the back of the device bears the apple logo. again, the print quality is poor (rough and with some scratches).

Believe me, knockoff cell phones made in China like the Nokia N95 8GB Clone units look real if you’re not used to seeing original Nokia cell phones. The Chinese are really doing great in creating knockoff mobile phones.
The N95 8GB Clone (China made) was actually offered to me by a friend in Laoag City, Philippines. This knockoff Nokia N95 model is only sold in stores in the Philippines for Php 4,000 or less. Just like the Toshibo N99i V9+i Mobile TV Knockoff Nokia model, the Nokia N95 8GB Clone’s operating system is NOT Symbian. It is also PDA-like with a touch screen (stylus provided). The 2008 Beijing Olympics closing ceremony was truly a day of celebration for China. According to reports, a spectacular closing ceremony opened with torrents of fireworks (photo on the left during the closing ceremony) and included a pulsating show-within-a-show by London, host of the 2012 Games. Overall, the 2008 Beijing Olympics was success and the closing ceremony showcased stars like Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page who played classic rock hit “Whole Lotta Love” and soccer icon David Beckham. If I attended the 2008 Beijing Olympics closing ceremony, I would have captured the event using an iPhone 3G or a high-quality cell phone, not a knockoff cell phone like N99i although N99i is made in China.
