Gisteq PhotoTrackr Plus Dongle Gives Nikon DSLR Cameras Geotagging
Nikon DLSR owners have been griping about Nikon’s native geotagging accessory called the GP-1 dongle because it consumes a lot of battery power and plugs into the hotshoe – meaning photographers won’t be able to use dedicated flash while capturing GPS data for their pictures. Realizing the need for a better geotagging accessory, Gisteq has come up with PhotoTrackr Plus. It retails for $179 which is lower than the usual asking price of GP-1 that still sells for $200 at most camera supply stores.
