Hitlist riding is one of my efficient tactics to level up faster in Mafia Wars without spending Energy or Stamina points. To make Hitlist riding profitable, you need to earn at least 7 experience points from weaker players attacking you before you die. Remember, every time you get killed in Hitlist page, you lost 6 XP points so you need to get at least 7 points to make your Hitlist riding successful. Every hitlisting can give you as much as 50 XP points from weak attackers. It is an open bug in Mafia Wars that also allows you to earn more XP points if low-level players attack you and they lose the fight.

Zynga has listened to the pleadings of the MySpace Mafia Wars players so the company announced today that they will release the Bangkok update for them starting in April. Facebook players have been enjoying the new Mafia Wars Bangkok update and map since January 22 and that update has managed to entice old players back to Mafia Wars in Facebook. MySpace players of Mafia Wars have also defected to other mafia-themed games and Zynga wants them back so they have made the same Mafia Wars Bangkok update in Myspace.

Digital Sky Technologies lead by Yuri Milner is aggressively looking for new investment opportunities on the emerging social media business. During the early parts of 2009, Milner didn’t wait for Facebook to call him up but rather, he flew straight to California and met with Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg. Milner paid $200 million dollars for almost 2% stake on Facebook. It has been the trademark of Digital Sky Techbnologies, they search out investment targets that are on the verge of success and are ripe for initial public offering of its shares. Milner bought another $100 million worth of Facebook stocks from other investors in August of 2009.

Zynga wants to keep its Mafia Wars fanatics happy so they introduced a new Bangkok city expansion in Facebook. Players can access the new Mafia Wars Bangkok map and do new 90 jobs and earn more powerful items. Zynga already announced this Bangkok update last December 9, 2010 and declared it will be opened last Christmas but due to technical difficulties, the launch was postponed. Last January 22, Zynga did a test-beta launch from a select group of players and it wasn’t bogged down with too many glitches so they officially launched the Open Beta for Bangkok to all players on January 28. Now everybody with Thai Passport can travel to Bangkok and do the jobs.
