The Humane PC Review: Cheapest Personal Computer for Only US$20

A non-profit organization called Humane Informatics announced the availability of The Humane PC. One of their founding members has invented the perfect computer for impoverished countries. The Humane PC is an open-source project that the Humane Informatics is championing. This small computer can be mass-produced for less than $20 and can use any television set as a display monitor! Just plug it in any functioning TV, connect a keyboard and mouse, and you have yourself a cheap desktop computer!
The Humane PC can be Built for $20 Only. This Low-Cost Personal Computer was Designed for Students Belonging to Low-Income Families.
