How to Setup WAP by Enabling GPRS and MMS of Smart Cell Phones

Here is a simple tutorial on how to enable GPRS and MMS of cell phones powered by Smart Telecoms in the Philippines in order for these cell phones to connect to the internet through Wireless Application Protocol (WAP). This setup will work in S60 models of Nokia like Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic (and other Nokia N-Series and E-Series mobile phones).
