Game makers are the new blockbuster revenue makers of this decade. Sales of video games have surpassed the movie and music industry in terms of annual sales. Take for example the First-Person Shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (COD6 MW2) It has set a major milestone for all games with combined sales figures over $1 billion since November 10, 2009. It should be noted that this game already set a record for selling over $550 million in its first 5 days of release. The game Call of Duty (COD 6): Modern Warfare 2 is a sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. With each sequel or installment to the game we expect some changes especially to graphics, visual content and sound. As part of our review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, we’d like first to say something about its new Texture Streaming feature. We were totally impressed! Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows-based PC have been released yesterday. This is the sixth installment of the game Call of Duty (COD 6) called Modern Warfare 2 which is eagerly anticipated by players of this first person shooting strategy game. Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2 was released on November 10, 2009 by its publisher Activision Blizzard. COD 6 MW2, as others label it, has been discussed in this site along with the Modern Warfare 2 night vision googles (NVG).

Activision Blizzard claims that Call of Duty 6 (COD 6) Modern Warfare 2 is the best installment of the game so far. MW2 is designed to be as much of a breathlessly cinematic experience as simple run-n-gun outing. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 can be played solo or multiplayer. Players can connect online (MMORPG) and fight with each other on a one-on-one basis or a group fight. This is really exciting knowing the fact that you are actually fighting with a real thinking machine and not AI.
