Download Google Shopper Free: A Mobile Shopping App for Android Phones
Google is on a roll for making the free Google Shopper download available to Android phone owners via Android Market for mobile devices. Aside from the Google Goggles App (free download also available from the same source) translation service for Android phones, the online ads giant released this powerful app that will cater to people’s shopping needs, the Google Shopper App. While Google has fared so badly in terms of selling its Nexus One phones, the company keeps rolling out innovative software products (see Low Sales of Google Nexus One article for more info on sales figures).

The Google Labs engineers have concocted very powerful Android Phone Apps like the Google Shopper. This software seeks to compete with another popular shopping app called ShopSavvy made by an upstart company that received a lot of praises from Android phone users. Google Shopper wants to offer a better version of ShopSavvy and is poised to offer more features.
Google Shopper will not only let you type and search a product or compare prices on your smart phone. This shopping application also takes advantage of Google’s impressive optical recognition software and will let you scan bar codes! You will also be able to search for products just by pointing your phone’s camera to a package or cover art of a product (e.g., CD or DVD cover) and you will get instant search results in seconds. Since Google is the world’s biggest search engine, you can expect detailed product reviews and prices. Having this app on your phone will save you thousands of dollars and hours of searching. And one last thing, Google Shopper has an amazing option that lets you dictate a product’s name and it will search it for you. Google has incorporated a very accurate voice recognition software with it so if you are too lazy to tap a product’s name, just say it aloud on your phone!

Android phone users are going to enjoy Google Shopper for free since Google has always been a freeware proponent. It is another generous gift from Google that will help the buying people get the best worth for their money. Google Shopper is an awesome zero-cost mobile app that should inspire you to buy New Android Phones. Best if you go buy the Nexus One, Google may have $25 billion dollars of cash lying around right now but they sure would like to have some of your money to pay their very smart software engineers.
