WordPress for iPhone Launched and the Combination Looks Promising
Apple introduces the first Open Source app that lets you write posts, upload photos, and edit your WordPress blog from your iPhone or iPod Touch. With support for both WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress (2.5.1 or higher), users of all experience levels can get going in seconds.
If your blog site is powered by WordPress and you are an iPhone user, this news could change the way you blog and bloghop. The new WordPress App for iPhone supports both WordPress.com installations as well as self-hosted WordPress.org blogs that are version 2.5.1 and above.
The app includes the following features:
- Embedded Safari previews of posts
- Full support for tags & categories
- Photo support for both camera phone pics and library photos
- Support for multiple blogs
- Ability to password protect a post, save as draft, or mark for later review
- Auto-recovery feature recovers posts interrupted by phone calls
Wordpress Can now Be Used in iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPad Tablet PC

This is good news for bloggers who are using iPhone. Pero hanggang ngayon di ko pa nahahawakan iPhone na yan. But I’m excited about a red iPhone coming up in December, hehee!
