I have been having problems with CA Anti-Virus since the 19th of June. It continually informs me that I have a virus/malware called “Win32\Amalum” with various extensions such as BCTIB, ZZNRA, ZZNPB, ZZOKH, ZZOAF, ZZOCR and ZZNXU. I have read your instructions Re: fixing this issue that CA put on it's website, but not being greatly computer literate, it,s all just gobble de gook to me. Needless to say THIS IS REALLY P@%%ING ME OFF. My Product Version is 4.0.0.205 and CA A/V is 9.0.0.174 with the Sig 6608. I have found their Website less than helpful on this issue. Having been a long term user of CA Anti-Virus and prior to that, VET (a company taken over by them) I must say that I am extremely disappointed.
