You cannot copyright an idea.. therefore CNN is not at fault. These zapp guys are just trying to get attention... or they don't understand copyright laws. Either way this is stupid. wait what?

I think CNN is using this as a marketing scheme. The commerical I've seen all have iReport in the top corner of the video. Isn't iReport is a part of CNN? I think Zap is a fake company and that this is just a gimick to get a rise out of people. Reverse psychology at it's finest. Instead of hating CNN you hate those stupid nerds and want them to fail. Grand Theft Auto, recieved more attention from the news media telling kids that it was a bad game than rockstar own advertisements. I think it’s all fake.
