Purchased the Acer Aspire AX1700-U3700A from Best Buy a couple months ago, went to burn a back-up disc(or make recovery discs) but each time i try the cd tray kicks open(will not burn cd’s off of itunes w/o the same result), took back to Best Buy to be sent back to the manufactor but was told it wasn’t a hardware problem so they couldn’t help without of course charging $130.00 to reinstall new software. I just want it to do what i paid for it to do.

I want to upgrade my present official computer from P-III to P-IV, my present specifications of desk top are as under.
Processor speed:- 797 MHZ
RAM 192MB
