Google Earth 5.0 is a free software that you can download and install in Windows XP or Windows Vista. You can actually explore oceans, ports, seas using Google Earth 5.0 and you can customize what you want to see on the map. The following is a snapshot of the oceans in the Philippines. some of them are not prominent spots but Google Earth 5.0 can pretty much give you an idea about oceans of places you will be interested in.
