These prices were obtained from Amazon. If you intend to buy the original installer of Assassin’s Creed, you’ll have to shell out the following amount. Note of the savings and other perks.

For Xbox 360, $55.99 – save $4 (status: in stock)
For Playstation 3, $55.99 – save $4 (status: in stock)
For PC, $46.99 – save $3 (status: pre-order)

According to Amazon, you can get some more discounts (a $10 Video Games Credit), as they call it if you “order Assassin’s Creed II and get $10 off a future video game purchase. The promotion code will be applied directly to your Amazon.com account up to two (2) business days after your product ships. To redeem your reward, add a Video Games item sold and shipped by Amazon.com to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The discount will be visible after you have begun the checkout process. Offer valid when shipped and sold by Amazon.com. This offer will be extended to all existing pre-orders. Amazon reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time. Offer valid for one purchase per customer.” Not a bad deal if IMHO. In fact, it’s the best and cheapest deal I know as of this writing.
Delivery or release date of Assassin’s Creed 2 to customers will be March 16, 2010 for the PC and November 19, 2009 for both PS3 and Xbox 360 gaming consoles.
