First, assembling it is no walk in the park - it took me about 3 hours.. Second, support is poor - email only. Third, after a 3 hour charge the battery lasted less than three minutes before it required recharging! I discovered this is a problem after reading some other reviews. I've emailed customer support. We'll see if they stand behind the product. I purchased the Spykee, the Spy Robot by Erector on Woot for $99.
