Erector Spykee The Spy Robot is packaged in parts, so it requires certain diligence to assemble it. Well, it just adds the excitement of putting Spykee together because it’s one huge puzzle. There is an instruction book included in the box of Erector Spykee The Spy Robot though but reviews say it doesn’t help that much.

I purchased the Spykee, the Spy Robot by Erector on Woot for $99.
First, assembling it is no walk in the park – it took me about 3 hours..
Second, support is poor – email only.
Third, after a 3 hour charge the battery lasted less than
three minutes before it required recharging! I discovered this
is a problem after reading some other reviews. I’ve emailed customer support. We’ll see if they stand behind the product.

I had the same problem and Customer Service says that since I live in the US I have to take it back to the store. Not that easy. I would say the level of service SUCKS!
