Playstation Move Eye Camera Details and Additional PS3 Move Info

The PlayStation Move Eye Camera will work in tandem with the PS3 system to detect in real time all the precise movement, position and angle of the PlayStation Move controller in 3D dimension, allowing players to play a game intuitively as if they are inside the game itself. The controller provides unmatched precision via its sophisticated motion sensors that incorporates a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, a terrestrial magnetic field sensor, and a color-changing sphere that is monitored by the PlayStation Eye Camera.

Slow and fast motions can be accurately detected by the PlayStation Move system. The controller has action buttons and an analog trigger which users can use and customize for their games. It also has feedback technology and furthermore, the PlayStation Eye Camera is able to capture a player’s voice and image which can facilitate augmented reality experience.

The controller has a built-in lithium ion battery and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to wirelessly send motion signals to the PS3 with negligible latency. The sub-controller which works with the PlayStation Move controller has an analog stick and directional buttons. It helps in moving characters in-game especially if driving or flying fast.

The introduction of the PlayStation Move Motion Controller System for the Playstation 3 has received commitment from 36 third-party developers and publishers. Sony Computer Entertainment is scheduled to release 20 game titles for 20 years that are dedicated to the PlayStation Move initiative.
