Nintendo hopes to revive the declining sales of their DSi portable gaming consoles for the coming holiday season with the release of new adorable green and orange DSi game consoles. Just like the Playstation Portable (PSP) from Sony, Nintendo’s gaming device has suffered from the popularity of iPhone and new Android phones that now runs real 3D games.
These new Nintendo DSi models will be available in the U.S. starting November 26, more popularly known as Black Friday which is the single largest sales day for Americans.
The green and orange Nintendo DSi consoles have the same features and specs with the standard DSi except for the bright colors of the casing.
It still retains the front and rear cameras and will sell at the same price of $150. Nintendo, however, said these two new color models will only have a limited-run of production so they will only be offered until supplies lasts. in the case of Nintendo DSi XL, no news was heard if it’s going to take part in the Black Friday 2010 or the upcoming Holiday deals next month.
Nintendo is giving away a free copy of Mario Party DS game with every purchase of any green or orange DSi. Head to your nearest shopping center come November 26 and be one of the lucky few to own one of these limited copies of Nintendo DSi.
