Toshiba Mini NB305-410 Netbook Review: Top-Caliber But Cheap Netbook
The Toshiba Mini NB305-410 Netbook is one cheap netbook you should consider in your to-buy list. The Toshiba Mini NB305-410 price is lower than Toshiba Satellite Midnight Breeze Laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo but a bit higher than the suggested retail price of MSI Wind U135 Netbook. I love these smaller notebooks especially Toshiba models. I have always been a devoted fan of Toshiba laptop products for several good reasons. In fact, I owned 3 Tecra units and 1 Portege. I’m using my ancient Tecra 9100 to write this article, FYI.

I have much respect for Toshiba’s hardware quality control. I have never ever had any technical failure from my 3 Toshiba laptops. This Tecra 9100 I’m using right now has survived several spills and I have had this unit thrown at me by an angry ex-girlfriend. Eight years of hard abuse from me and it still runs fine and dandy.
Believe me, Toshiba makes the toughest laptops and now they have ventured to make cute and sturdy netbooks. I am seriously thinking about buying this new Toshiba Mini NB305-410 netbook from amazon.com. It has a price tag of $399 and I love buying bargains! Why would I spend $399 for a netbook? Why not Acer Aspire One A0751 or ASUS Eee PC 1005PE netbooks which are much cheaper? There are some personal reasons.
I am infatuated with the Toshiba Mini NB305 because I love how robust this netbook was constructed. It feels solid and doesn’t come out as cheap and flimsy plastic toy. It sells higher by as much as $100 versus other brands but I like my mobile computing devices to be well-built. Toshiba invests a lot of money in making their products tough enough to withstand normal day-to-day abuse or accidental spills/drop-downs. Paying a premium price for the physical survival fitness of a product is well-spent money.
The Toshiba Mini NB305 netbook has very notable specs. It is remarkable that a cheap netbook like this could come out as a power workhorse. It offers knockout features that make it worth the pricetag of $399. Netbooks such as this one really deserve a good look.
Secondly, it offers USB port technology that does “sleep and charge” feature; and lastly, it again won EPEAT Gold Rating, the highest standard for environmental friendliness for laptop products!
