In fact, we have seen very few HP Pavilion notebook reviews in the past that are not satisfactory to most users. Also, nobody really can’t please everybody. If you have read some negative feedbacks or HP Pavilion 17″ AMD Dual Core 2.1GHz Entertainment Notebook reviews that are not positive, the best way to find out yourself is buy your own notebook and test it for about a month. But if you will ask us our opinion on this sale HP laptop, we’ll say go for it. It’s a great value for an HP notebook of this caliber. It has a fast processor, wide LCD screen (great for gaming and spreadsheets), great expandable memory capacity and of course, durable casing (which comes in different colors – silver, bronze and black).

I think AMD Turion X2 is a slow processor for a notebook such as the HP Pavilion 17″ AMD Dual Core 2.1GHz Entertainment Notebook. Do you think it will really cope up with the workload of an “Entertainment Notebook”? IMHO, the Core 2 Duo is a much faster and better processor for this HP Pavilion notebook.
I agree. I think the Core 2 Duo or Dual Core processor is best suited for the HP Pavilion 17″ AMD Dual Core 2.1GHz Entertainment Notebook. I’m not just sure about the increase in price if either of the 2 processors was installed in this entertainment notebook.

I got my daughter a HP Pavilion 17″ AMD Dual Core 2.1GHz Entertainment Notebook and man, it rocks. It’s fast and looks very classy. The processor is alright man. No problem whatsoever with it so far.
