Just got the new ipod shuffle 4th generation yesterday. I was excited to go running this morning with this new device to find 30 minutes into running that it stopped working. I was careful not to expose this small gadget to sweat and sure enough it did not work! The battery was fully charged and it seemed to work fine prior to running. The EXACT SAME THING happened to the 3rd gen ishuffle….as soon as I used it the first day I got it, about 20 min or so into my workout, it stopped working. I thought for sure apple would get their act together to come up with a stronger device withstanding any type of moisture or bouncing. I’ve owned two ishuffles in the past, both 2nd generations and they lasted me a long while! What’s up with these new ishuffles? I returned my ishuffle immediately this morning and vow never to own one again unless they get their act together!!!!
