iPhone 3.1.3 Review: iPhone 3.1.3 OS update only gave problems to unlocked or jailbroken iPhones. According to most user reviews, 3.1.3 firmware update deleted all third-party apps and features on an unlocked iPhone. Many even confirmed another problem -  iPhone 3.1.3 OS jailbreak is not applicable to all generations of iPhone and iPod Touch.

The description of iPhone 3.1.3 Firmware Update was misleading. It says, iPhone 3.1.3 OS resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances which is SO FALSE! Third-party applications are for jailbroken and unlocked iPhones and reviews made it clear that iPhone 3.1.3 OS update deleted these apps and features. So far, those are the only iPhone 3.1.3 OS update problem.

WARNING: For owners of unlocked or jailbroken iPhones, DO NOT UPDATE to iPhone 3.1.3 OS if you want to keep your third party apps.
