iPhone 3.0 OS Release Time on June 17
The famed iPhone OS 3.0 release time today (June 17) is soon to be known. This is in preparation for the iPhone 3G S release date on the 19th. iPhone OS 3.0 will be be available on the Apple website any time today so watch out for it.

If and when the iPhone 3.0 release time becomes available, we will update you with download links and other important upgrades to OS 3.0. FYI, the download is free (as usual) for those with iPhone handsets (2G and 3G qualified). Also, iPhone 3.0 OS release time in the UK, US and other countries will be simultaneous so watch out for more updates on this significant upgrade.
After I downloaded it both Twitterfon and IMExchange won’t show up on my phone even though they are still in my account. They won’t reload or anything. The apps say they have been 3.0 tested, so I’m wondering what gives?
Btw, where’s all the idiots who claim Apple is so user friendly? Marketing bullshit!

I’ve been clicking the check for updates button since 6 a.m. this morning PST and it keeps saying tht 2.2.1 is the latest version. At what time is the 3.0 software going to be released? Hurry up Apple!!

I haven’t seen the iPhone 3.0 release at this time. WTF is wrong with Apple? It’s June 17 already and the update is not yet available. I’m in the US.
I have not seen the update for the 3.0 firmware for my iPhone. And yet, I have the good version of iTunes (8.2.0.23), I don’t understand. If anyone can help me ?? Thx a lot and have a good day !!
