We have 2 sets of Sharper Image Airborne luggage. Very happy with them, BUT the plastic piece that holds the handle on the top has been lost. The two screws came out and were in the case. The luggage that is broken is the H 22″x W 14″ x D 9″. I would dearly like to get the missing plastic part and continue to use this fine luggage.

I too have this luggage and now both the 30″ and 26″ pieces have lost their stationary (not telescopic) handles (on the top of the luggage when standing upright). I believe there is a warranty still in effect, but have no idea how to take advantage of it. Can anyone help?
