Hi! I had a vitality sonic toothbrush sent to me as a xmas gift and when we open it up everything was good about the product but in the battery compartment it was all broken inside it. As this was the only way we realized why it was not working. How do I go about getting another one as I would love to use it. I purchased the Oral-B Vitality Sonic Rechargeable Toothbrush (Braun S12513, original parts) and I’m very satisfied with it. The only problem is when the battery is low and you’re brushing. For its price, the Oral-B Braun S12513 toothbrush is a good deal. Just keep the batteries charged at all times.
