    Our GE Model 27956 picture phone does not respond after power outage. The screen is blank and I can not enter the menu. I have unplugged it, reset it and nothing seems to correct the problem. Do you have a suggestion?

    I have the GE PhotoPhone and have tried to download pictures on the 4 Mb card and my hp computer does not read the card, am I missing something?
