i have a china n95 8gb,but it is not 8gb it is less than 500kb internal memory.

i just wonder, with china made mp3/mp4 players, we can extract it’s firmware to get it’s firmware for back-up, then upload a new compatible firmware to it, so it will have another firmware from another mp4 player (to hopefully have a better user interface to it or just to change it’s look or theme).

I’m wondering if we can also do that to china made phones such as nokia cloned n95 8gb. and then upload a new firmware to it that is compatible. example: nokia 6300 cloned (china made) has almost the same os with an original philippine made phone : MYPHONE B73 (model). but the difference is that the myphone b73 has better theme than the nokia 6300 clone, it has better features, etc.. they also have the same look and everything even the ports, keypad, usb port.. the hardware is the same. it’s just that the myphone b73 has better features. it’s like the nokia 6300 has windows 2000 OS and the myphone B73 has windows XP OS.

I’m not a genius and It is just a stupid idea that came into my mind. i’m just wondering if someone can actually do that trick to china made phones.. then it’s a start for us to hack their technology.. and be happy with what we bought with our hard-earned money.

Hey i got a new made in Korea N95 8GB phone, but i dont understand that from where do i access the memory of 8GB….. it just shows me a memory og 11.2 mb…. what to do please help… it shows its version and also the IMEI no. when i checked, but no access to higher memory.. please reply

and i am facing a problem. when i upload a video clip it will not play at least i couldnt see that clip in Gallery

hmm.. i bought N95 8gb china phone.. i’ve been using it for a year.. hindi pa naman sya sira..
depende lang siguro sa gumagamit..
ok naman siya actually.. good siya for sounds..
kaso the ugly part lang is hindi siya pwede sa pglagay nang themes.. hmmpfh..
