Unlike the Motorola Droid that has the android 2.0 OS, the HTC Droid Eris smartphone utilizes the android 1.5 mobile phone operating system. HTC Droid Eris also gives us easy access to social networking services like Facebook and Twitter. This Verizon android handset is also equipped with wireless connectivity through its built-in WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0.
