just called TMO again. they do not know when Blackberry Bold 9700 Onyx smartphone will be released and have not heard about it yet. I also checked site and asked to speak to client retention.
Well, November 5th has come and gone and no BB 9700 is available yet.
Why do you say Nov 5th? It’s Nov 8th and AT&T Customer Care still will not tell the official release date of Blackberry Bold 9700 as to when this drops.
The new ‘rumor’ is that Blackberry Bold 9700 Onyx could possibly not even be released on Nov 16th.

Got my Blackberry Bold 9700 Onyx today
on Vodafone.
I know that T-mobile was doing training for all of their employees on 11/10/09 for the new Blackberry Bold Onyx 9700 smartphone. T-Mobile has a call center in the same building I go to school at. I asked them and they said that most likely it will be next week. They still have quite a few employees that they want to get trained on the product before they roll it out.
