Not being real good about setting it up, I brought to Verizon, The first tech set it up for mobile e mails. It worked great for about 10 minutes. Got into the car and wanted to check an e mail. It wouldn't work!! Went back in the Verizon store, and a different tech looked at it and checked it out again, and told me that the phone wouldn't "connect" to receive a "upgrade" it needed to get the mobile e mail working. She also said you would have to ship it back to samsung to be repaired!!!!!For some reason it cannot be upgraded from a computer. Did anybody else ever hear of stuff like this?? I am impressed by the name. It has a decent look. Battery life is good but not great. I like the qwerty keyboard which makes typing very easy. Messaging features are really very nice. It has 3.0 megapixel camera, photo quality is good. People will not be satisfied with the video recorder. The Samsung Rogue SCH-U960 Cell Phone is the latest phone available in the market.
