Unlocked HTC Touch Pro 2 T7373 (Sim-Less) Smartphones For International Customers
If you plan on buying HTC Touch Pro 2 but don’t want to pay for a Verizon Wireless, Sprint or T-Mobile plan, you can now place your order on Amazon and choose from a few vendors that sell HTC Touch Pro 2 from $746.91 to $772.35. HTC Touch Pro 2 availability in the Philippines, my country, might be later than the HTC Touch Pro 2 release date update discussed in one of our most recent posts.
However, the unlocked HTC Touch Pro 2 might be a good choice for cell phone addicts in the Philippines and other Asian countries that prefer open line cell phones. As of this writing, we are not expecting an HTC Touch Pro 2 to be sold with a plan in the Philippines and other parts of Asia. We’re not sure but this is not a phone giant wireless carriers in the Philippines (Globe and Smart) might not be interested in. On the other hand, the Nokia Surge could be a good candidate for a product to be sold with a plan here.
On average Philippine standards, HTC Touch Pro2 is way too expensive. This is a good phone though. The only problem with HTC Touch Pro 2 is its high price. Most Philippine cell phone users will not buy a phone worth more than PhP35,000. It’s even more expensive than the iPhone 3G sold for less than PhP30,000 nowadays and Blackberry phones sold between PhP20-25K (see price of Blackberry Curve 8520 in US dollars with a T-Mobile plan).
