   Dear Samsung Rebate,

   I bought it from tigerdirect and after 2 months they said UPC is missing. On the phone with the Texas guys for 1/2 hour and got nowhere. I am not sure what this is; never had this bad experience with rebates.

   Bought two of this Samsung bluetooth from Buy.com and submitted the form. After 2 months they said the UPC are missing … Emailing back and forth and got nowhere at all. Still have the original boxes with UPC cut out. I don’t know what this is either. Rebates are just ripoff? They always lost the UPC as a very good way to deni honoring the rebates. Samsung rebates … (sigh)

   I submitted rebate form with required information on January 25 – rebate tracker invalid and I have not received rebate.

   I just got off the phone again with theme and yelled as much as I could. They just say no UPC, no rebate. I have the box with UPC cut out too. May go to tigerdirect and talk to them too.

   I PURCHASE 2 SAMSUNG WEP470 FROM TMOBILE WITH A 30.00 REBATE ON BOTH BUT LIKE THE REST ABOVE IYS SAYIN NO SUBMISSION FOUND! I SENT IN EVERYTHING AND STILL HAVE THE BOXES BUT FOR SOME REASON I HAD A FEELIN AND I MADE A COPY OF ALL THE IBFO. WHAT NUMBER DO I CALL TO SPEAK WITH AN AGENT?
