iTunes Error 5002: How To Fix iTunes Error 5002 When Encountered?
Since 2005, the iTunes Error 5002 has been around. The fix to iTunes Error 5002 is already available but Error 5002 just won’t go away even with iTunes 8. Is this a bug in the iTunes programming? What is this error all about in the first place?
If you’re shopping in iTunes using their built-in shopping cart and get Error 5002, then you’re definitely stuck in one step and no longer can complete your transaction/s. For most users, this is annoying and confusing. Some ask “Was my purchase made?”, “Was my transaction successful?” The simple answer is most likely NO. Some people who have experienced or encountered iTunes Error 5002 claimed that though they were were stuck in one window, their credit cards have been charged but no download was made available for them, which is the logical next move if the transaction really succeeded.
