    I bought the Samsung TL220 camera on June 9, 2010 & the problems began on June 13, 2010 when it began “freezing” up while taking pictures. I had to manually remove the battery each time this happened, wait a few minutes and then reinsert the battery just to be able to power it off. Also, for no reason whatsoever a crack appeared on the LCD screen (the camera was NEVER dropped or abused!) Best Buy refused to exchange or refund the camera; it’s very possible the camera was defective when I bought it! As a matter of fact the seal on the box was already broken prior to my purchase. Why do consumers always have to be on the losing end when dealing with these companies?
