i have the same problem. you know now, what need to do? pls help me, iam in despair. and iam dont know my password, becouse i didnt gave it when i installed the program. i gave only my fingerprints.

My Acer Bio Protection recently stopped working as well as it used to. I’ve re-installed it but that hasn’t helped at all. It used to read my print pretty easy but now I have to keep trying for it to recognize anything. Is there anything I can do to change the sensitivity or get it to work better??

The Acer Bio-Protection Fingerprint Solution can definitely provide you an added line of defense against theft but it may not be practical to use it in some cases. If your laptop is usually stationed at home and only you or your partner use it, it would be a waste of time swiping your finger everytime you want to logon to Windows. But if you travel a lot and bring with you your gears, then this is a feasible solution to data protection”

my daughter can’t open her Acer. the fingerprint recognition isn’t working, and she can’t remember her password. We’ve been looking for all her original dvd’s, but so far — nothing is working on this. Any help?

I have a question if anyone knows please let me know..

I have a travelmate 7720, recently got a virus on it and got the harddrive wiped, my pictures and secured documents that I used acer biometric fingerprint encrypter/decryter on these items was reinstalled there is no longer the option to encrypt/decrypt files and photos, anyone know how I can unlock this as the computer repair guy I had clean up my comp has no answers?

i have acer bio-protection fingerprint but its doesn’t scan my fingerprint no more it just has a question mark on, the part where its suppose to show my finger print help please.
