Adobe Update: Latest Adobe Flash Player Top New Features

November 4, 2008 · Filed Under Internet Technology · Comment

I’ve just updated my Adobe Flash Player browser plugin and I’m seeing some very good changes to the latest adobe Flash Player version 10. The features are great and I can already open sites with flash embedded in them without problems. You too can see these changes if you have automatically updated your Adobe Flash Player plugin after you have been warned that a new update is available in IE 7 or IE 8 (Beta 2), Mozilla Firefox  3.x, and other web browsers. I’m not sure if the buggy Google Chrome, already supports the integration of Adobe flash player because I’m not using it.

The top new features of Adobe Flash Player are the following: Read more

October 21, 2008 · Filed Under Internet Security, Internet Technology · 3 Comments

Recent news on internet security reveals how vulnerable our online activities are, especially online transactions. Before this, I have blogged about the Limbo Malware and Invitation Virus (which turned out to be a hoax). Please read them if you are interested in more stories about internet security. :-)

Google Chrome Update: Google Chrome is Buggy and Sucks Big Time

September 13, 2008 · Filed Under Internet Technology · 8 Comments

Google Chrome is buggyAfter testing the new Google Chrome web browser, I found out myself that it is too buggy for heavy use. The browser maybe new but the fact remains - it has too many bugs to be my default browser. First off, my websites don’t look good in Google Chrome and my blog posts are (WRITE NEW) acting weird. August 28, 2008 · Filed Under Internet Technology · 4 Comments

Photo of Internet Explorer 8 Beta LogoThe much-anticipated release of Internet Explorer 8 (IE) Beta 2 has finally come. Many eager internet users patiently waited for the release of IE8 Beta 2 because its predecessor, Internet Explorer 7 has faced so many controversies in the past in terms of privacy and security. At the moment, I am still inclined to use Firefox 2.0.014 because so far, I have not encountered a serious flaw in this version. With Internet Explorer 7, when my websites did not load properly the first time I used it, I have stopped using IE7 since then. I was not able to evaluate very well the performance of IE7 because of my immediate dismay. I hope IE8 Beta 2 will not replicate the same flaws in IE7.

August 25, 2008 · Filed Under Internet Technology · 4 Comments

In testing Firefox 3.0, I found errors and bugs in this release. This is the reason why the developers of Firefox updated the version to 3.0.1 about a week later. Firefox 3.0.1 is still buggy and bug fixes are still in order. In my observation, Firefox 3 commits errors and crashes whenever it opens web pages containing flash objects.
