Yellowsnow: Free iPhone 3g Unlocking Software Codes Stolen
Yellowsnow or Yellowsn0w (zero, not an “o”) is a free iPhone 3G Unlocking software that is distributed by the iPhone Dev team to the public. I will emphasize here that Yellowsnow is a free iPhone 3G unlocking tool or utility (current version is 0.9.5 Beta).
However, due to the popularity of iPhone 3G, especially in the US and Europe, the iPhone D team warned the public of a certain Jody Sanders from the UK is selling the codes of the free iPhone 3G unlocking software (i.e., Yellowsnow) that is downloadable from the iPhone Dev website and is free of charge. This deed by “Jody Sanders” is definitely a scam claiming the codes of the iPhone 3g unlocking software as his own and making money out of it (instead of giving away the codes for free).
The youtube video dealing with this subject is presented herein for better understanding of this subject involving the iPhone 3G unlocking software codes stolen by the person named above.
The public is hereby advised not to purchase anything from “Jody Sanders” or from his website.

iPhone 3G Beats Motorola Razr V3, RIM Blackberry in Sales in the US
Perhaps the most popular mobile phone today, the iPhone 3G despite its security issues, reportedly beat Motorola Razr, RIM Blackberry and LG in the third quarter sales in the US alone. With the popularity of iPhone 3G, there is no doubt it will continue to rake in millions of dollars more with this trend. Only up to the time a true “iPhone Killer” arrives, iPhone 3G will remain to be on top of the competition.
Globe Telecom’s iPhone 3G Prepaid Kits/Plans in the Philippines
Globe Telecom offers prepaid kits/plans for the iPhone 3G, not just postpaid iPhone 3G plans in the Philippines. This gives possible subscribers more choices. Business-wise, this is Globe’s way of making iPhone 3G more saleable in the Philippines because many Pinoy cell phone addicts are already complaining about the high prices of Globe-powered iPhone 3G in the Philippines. The sad thing is, there is a 2-year lock-in period for all the iPhone 3G plans of Globe (prepaid and post-paid).

As a follow up to the article preceding this one titled “Unlocked iPhone 3G in the Philippines Would be Better for Cell Phone Users“, the new Globe iPhone 3G Plans in the Philippines include free Mobile Internet and Wi-Fi hours. But don’t get too excited because you might find the prices of these Globe iPhone 3G plans way too expensive. Yes, for average cell phone users in the Philippines, the Globe iPhone 3G plans are very expensive and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
Unlocked iPhone 3G in the Philippines Would Be Better for Cell Phone Users
The iPhone 3G in the Philippines is exclusively distributed by Globe Telecom through post-paid plans. This means that iPhone 3G in the Philippines are not unlocked to avail of other services offered by other networks like Smart Telecoms and Sun Cellular. Cell phone buyers do not have a choice but to give in to Globe Telecom’s rates if they buy an iPhone 3G in the Philippines. However, there is a huge possibility that unlocked iPhone 3G mobile phone units could be sold in the Philippines in the near future. Here are the reasons why:

Features Missing in iPhone 3G
In my previous article, the best features of iPhone 3G were discussed and I was so enthusiastic to purchase an iPhone 3G soon. However, after reading this article from PCWorld, I had second thoughts on buying an iPhone 3G because of the missing features which are very important to regular cell phone users. Consumers should consider these features missing in iPhone 3G before getting one.

If you love Apple’s iPhone, then iPhone 3G is the perfect gadget for tech-savvy guys like you. 3G technology gives iPhone fast access to the Internet and email over cellular networks around the world. iPhone 3G also makes it possible to do more in more places: Surf the web, download email, get directions, and watch video — even while you’re on a call. I certainly would love to get one for myself when it becomes available here in the Philippines.
