I feel so vindicated. I have been predicting and hoping fervently that Steve Jobs will come out with a mass-market price for the new Apple Tablet PC named iPad (not iSlate or iTablet as many expected). A few days ago at Apple’s Big Event, my prediction came true. Geeks and gadget-lovers around the world are celebrating Apple’s decision to sell its now legendary Apple Tablet PC for so low. Experts are already forecasting that the Apple iPad will sell millions of units once it is available this March 2010.

The 2010 Toyota Prius hybrid car loses its crown as the World’s best gas-saver hybrid automobile. The new King of the hybrids is the Chevrolet 2011 Volt by GM. Computed to do 230 miles per gallon, this Volt is going to save you a lot of money at the pumps. Oil prices have been record-settings and the popularity of hybrid electric/gas engine-powered automobiles are on the rise. The world is still in economic crisis and consumers are being tightwads especially with their daily transport bill. Chevrolet’s Volt is perfect for these trying times.

Honda Recall January 2010: Honda Recalls Jazz or Fit Models 2007-2008 for Window Switch Defect
Honda announced another safety recall on a specific model on January 29, 2010. Honda recalls all 2007 and 2008 models of Honda Jazz or Fit due to window switch defect. This is a separate case from the Honda Recall in August 2009 that was made on Civic and Accord models 2001-02 due to airbag defects. According to the vehicle manufacturing company’s press release, this January 2010 Honda recall affects the Fit or Jazz model only.

2011 Ford Explorer: Fifth Generation Ford Explorer Production Starts in 2010
The 2011 Ford Explorer is the fifth generation of Ford Explorer SUV. It was introduced as one of Ford’s concept cars or vehicles in the 2008 North American International Auto Show (Detroit Auto Show). The 2011 model of Ford Explorer was nicknamed America concept vehicle.
In December 2009, 2011 Ford Explorer was spied on the streets of Detroit, Michigan undergoing road test getting it ready for production. However, it was covered with a black sheet to conceal its design. As of the 26th of January 2010, Ford Motor Company confirmed the production start of fifth generation Ford Explorer (2011 model).

The Toyota FT-CH Concept Car is a gasoline-electric powered vehicle. It is an expansion of Toyota’s family of hybrid cars. In the growing demand for hybrid and compact cars, Toyota created the FT-CH car as an option for customers.
Toyota FT-CH Car was presented on January 11, 2010 in the annual North American International Auto Show at Detroit, Michigan (or Detroit Auto Show 2010). It was introduced through a press conference by Toyota.

Apple Tablet PC Announced: Possible Price and Nice Features Revealed
Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) is really expanding this 2010 with its intent to release a Tablet PC. According to the venerable business publication Wall Street Journal, Steve Jobs will make a rare appearance on Apple’s quarterly report on January 27, 2010 (today). No official release date for the Apple Tablet PC has been included in the report but is expected that Apple Tablet PC will be officially unveiled to the public. Is this Apple’s response to Hewlett-Packard’s HP Slate Tablet PC? I suspect so. Competition is good for us consumers.

Our personal favorite is Assassin’s Creed 2 (for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3) although Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (for PS3) was hailed as the grand winner.
